Quarrying at Our Own Quarry
The Quarry
The black granite deposit at our quarry was formed over hundreds of millions of years beneath the ground in Cambodia. This prolonged crystallization process has resulted in a dense structure, low porosity, and a deep black tone rarely found in shorter-term quarrying operations.
Cat Tuong directly quarries natural black granite from this source. Direct ownership of the quarrying rights allows us to control the quality of the stone from the very beginning — selecting blocks with the most consistent structure and black tone, rather than relying on materials sourced through multiple intermediaries, as is common among commercial stone suppliers

Processing at Our Own Plant
After extraction, raw stone is transferred directly to Cat Tuong’s processing plant, where each slab is cut, polished, and finished according to the technical specifications of each order — from polished and flamed finishes to bush-hammered or sandblasted surfaces.
Processing at the source helps shorten production lead times and maintain consistent color across large-volume batches — a critical factor for container orders serving large-scale projects.

Warehousing & Distribution
Finished products are transferred to our central warehouse network, strategically located at border crossings and across southern Vietnam. This setup helps Cat Tuong shorten distribution lead times and respond to urgent orders without having to wait for production from the beginning.

Export
Products are containerized and exported directly from our warehouses, without intermediaries throughout the process — from the quarry to our partners.
